A Spoonful Desserts is a spin off from a very successful restaurant, The Wooden Spoon, located in Gentry, AR. This mobile unit focuses on one of The Wooden Spoon’s strongest product offerings, their cakes and pies, which are out of this world! Baptist Health Hospital

Conway, AR

Foodservice Equipment Brokers had the privilege of providing the new Baptist Health Hospital in Conway Ar with all of their kitchen equipment. We have installed moving dry storage shelving to maximize the space. All of the cooking equipment is Vulcan and the serving lines were custom fabricated by Savannah Fabrication. We installed a state of the art tray conveyor system for the soiled dishes. This was also a custom piece of equipment furnished by Aeroworks. We would like to say a big thank you to our vender ProQuip for all of your help in providing equipment, startup and demonstrations.

The Bowl-n-Spoon Cereal Bar

Tulsa, OK

The Bowl-n-Spoon is Oklahoma’s first cereal café. Step back in time to Saturday morning cartoons and a bowl of your favorite cereal. With 30 different cereals and 20 toppings to choose from, the Bowl-n-Spoon is like Saturday mornings - only better! F.E.B. provided equipment including walk-in refrigeration, reach-in coolers, and cold topping bar, along with cooking and dishwashing equipment. Tyson Company Store

Springdale, AR

One of our latest projects is right here in our home town of Springdale. F.E.B. had the pleasure of working with Tyson Foods and Milestone construction on a new Tyson Company Store in downtown Springdale. The new company store features a 1,850 square foot walk-in freezer with LED lit glass doors for merchandising. Revitalizing the downtown area of Springdale is a big commitment. This project was definitely a big step in that process.

Strafford Elementary School

Strafford, MO

Strafford Elementary students will be starting the Fall 2015 school year with a new school including a brand new kitchen and cafeteria. F.E.B. furnished this kitchen with True refrigerators, freezers and heated cabinets. We used a Hobart conveyor dishwasher, 60 qt mixer, 20 qt mixer and slicer. Maverick Stainless fabricated all stainless steel tables and sinks, also providing a pass thru for the soiled cafeteria trays. The serving line was designed by Duke Manufacturing and features two serving lines to include hot and cold wells.

Stepping Stone School

Alma, AR

Stepping Stone is a comprehensive service provider to people with developmental disabilities and their families. F.E.B. worked with HGS Architects and CR Crawford Construction in the kitchen design. F.E.B. provided the kitchen layout, schedule of equipment, coordinated equipment delivery, installation, and start-up with trades. Stepping Stone's kitchen was built with attention to detail from the combination walk-in cooler-freezer recessed into the building slab to the stainless steel walls in the dish room.

The Great American Steak & Chicken House

Branson, MO

The Great American Steak & Chicken House was a complete remodel of an existing restaurant. The "Chicken-House" as the locals call it, features a twelve foot frost top salad bar, state of the art pressure cookers, a full service bar, and let's not forget the World's Largest Chicken. F.E.B. provided layout and delivery of equipment & supplies. This is American fare at its finest in a great family friendly atmosphere. The next time you're in Branson, look for the big chicken.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield

Springfield, MO

The Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, rain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions. F.E.B. was excited to work with McCarthy Building Co. to provide the installation and kitchen equipment for this Hospital. We also provided equipment for the two rehab kitchens, which will provide occupational therapy for patients.

Northwest Arkansas Community College

Bentonville, AR

If you like your kitchen open, airy, and with plenty of light, then you have to see this one. The Northwest Arkansas Community College Global Business Center is almost ready to open. It will feature this expo kitchen on the first floor. Designed to handle different venues; it will be headed up by Chef Lou Rice who is over the Culinary Education Program at NWACC.

Rivers of Life

Grove, OK

Tired of hearing about all of the bad stuff in the world? Well here is an encouraging story of a couple who are giving back to their community and sharing the love of Jesus Christ at the same time. F.E.B. was proud to help out on this project with Rivers of Life. Most of the time it can be very tricky trying to combine authentic commercial cooking equipment with residential furnishings. This one was carefully thought out and planned for a variety of uses. Whether preparing for a sit down meal or setting up a serving line, this kitchen is ready to handle it.
